Paul approached our Dundee team looking to improve his skills and find a job.
We offer a range of different support services to help people get into work. Our Dundee Employability Pipeline offers one-to-one and group support with a dedicated coach, and Paul‘s coach assessed his own individual skills and needs.
Paul worked with us for a few weeks, receiving support to improve his employability skills and additional training. Paul worked with our in-house facilitator Rob, who was able to support Paul as he looked for a job.
Paul is now employed by Red Line Coaches Ltd, a company based in Dundee. Paul now drives a school bus, helping local children get to school and back safely.
He’s loving his new job and is putting his enthusiasm to good use with his new colleagues.
