The Wise Group has partnered with SGN, one of the UK’s largest gas distribution networks, to provide targeted energy support to vulnerable communities in Falkirk. With nearly a third of households in fuel poverty and 16% of residents living in some of Scotland’s most deprived areas, this initiative addresses energy affordability, efficiency, and safety.

About the Service
The Wise Group Relational Mentoring is a holistic support service delivered by the Wise Group in collaboration with esteemed partners: Anxious Minds, Building Futures East, JET North, Justice Prince CIC, Meadow Well Connected, and Reviving the Heart of the West End.
This service targets economically inactive individuals aged 16 and above residing in the Newcastle and North Tyneside areas, aiming to move towards and into meaningful employment.
Relational Mentoring provides tailored one-on-one support and a variety of activities to address barriers to employment. From budgeting to wellness support to skill enhancement and traditional job tools like CV writing and interview preparation, our program equips residents with essential skills for employment success.
Commencing on July 1st, 2023, and running through March 2025, Relational Mentoring is made possible by funding from the UK Government via the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
