The Wise Group is now accepting bookings for newly released online construction training aimed at those seeking to take their first steps in to a career in construction.
As an Individual Training Account (ITA) approved provider, the Wise Group will provide training for people interested in doing their CSCS Card training with funding of up to £200 from Skills Development Scotland to complete the course.
As covid restrictions took hold, the Wise Group was quick to establish a digital route for people seeking essential qualifications, allowing them to complete their training and support their search for employment within the construction industry.
Dougie Morrison, from the Wise Group’s Skills team, said:
“With over 30 years’ experience, the Wise Group has trained generations of construction workers. This year, our move to online delivery will mean even more people can access the training and gain their CSCS Card as lockdown restrictions are lifted and construction sites begin to recover.”

“The overall quality of the training was excellent and will allow me to get back to work on construction sites as my CSCS card had expired. The length of the course was very good, and the breaks in between the sessions really helped. The support provided before and during the training was very good too.”
The Wise Group is an Individual Training Account (ITA) approved provider, meaning people interested in doing their CSCS Card training could apply for funding of up to £200 to complete our online training.
