It’s Spring (touch wood!) and with that has come a little bit of sun and a lot of exciting change at The Wise Group! Get stuck right in and see what we’ve been up to in our blog post below!
The eagle eyed viewers amongst us might have noticed some changes to the way we look at TWG. Our brand has evolved slightly! At the Wise Group, we understand that evolution is constant and we are always striving to adapt and make changes to ensure we are giving our absolute best to our colleagues, customers and partners.
With that in mind, we have updated our logo and made a few small tweaks to the way that we look! We are still the same Wise Group though, where inspiring positive change and mentoring people is still at the heart!
Even with our exciting change in look, the enterprise has been extremely busy the last few weeks. We’ve hosted events such as employability round tables, employability networking events, justice round tables and even digital skills coffee mornings. Alongside this, our colleagues across the enterprise have continued to do a fantastic job supporting our customers, #MentoringPeople and sharing their stories about inspiring positive change.
One of our colleagues who works in the Sunderland Relational Mentoring team shared her highlight of the month with us. “For me it has to be representing my team and the Wise Group as a whole, at the Skills Roundtable, in London this week. It was an honour and a privilege to be there with everyone, and to convey to ministers the wonderful work that we do, and to thereby attempt to affect policy. Thank you to all involved; it was magnificent!”
Another colleague, who works in our Fair Start Scotland team shared that her highlights were, “Assisting a customer to create her first business web page. It’s not yet published as it needs a wee bit of polishing, I can share when it’s ready.” alongside “Hosting a networking meeting for self employment participants!”.
