We deliver free, impartial energy advice and advocacy support to help people in the UK stay in control of their energy bills and keep warm and well at home.
Our mentoring approach to supporting people and families educates and empowers and results in sustainable outcomes.
How we use energy at home is a key driver of fuel poverty. Now more than ever, we are convinced of the importance of delivering home energy advice through a relationship-based approach.
We also contribute to national efforts to tackle fuel poverty and improve the energy efficiency of the domestic housing stock.
Our energy advice drives behaviour change once home energy efficiency measures have been installed.
