Elementary Food Hygiene
This 1 day course has been designed to address the food safety and hygiene needs of the catering, manufacturing and retail sectors.
Designed for anyone intending to operate in an environment where food is prepared cooked and handled.
The training covers the following topics:
- Food safety & hygiene hazards
- Bacteria and their characteristics
- Food poisoning / prevention
- Food handling
- Food premises and equipment
A multiple choice examination has to be achieved to obtain the award.
