A day full of sunshine and fun at Jarrow Hall
The Talent Match Health and Wellbeing Event Helped the Young People on the programme learn about improving their Physical and Mental Health.
It was a fantastic day for the Young People on Talent Match as they learnt all about the different aspects of health and got advice on everything from healthy eating to managing their finances.
The Talent Match Health and Wellbeing Event took place at Jarrow Hall Community Farm in July and it was a great way to showcase Talent Match and interact with local businesses that can help the young people.
Over 100 people attended the event, including Talent Match young people, 20 organisations including Virgin Money, Inspire and Evolve Counselling, and the public.
A Virgin Money representative said “It’s been a fantastic day. It’s great to be able to actually see how our work affects the community.”
The event was organised by Ten North East, a delivery partner of Talent Match, which is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
