Connect is delivered using Microsoft Teams, a free online app.
To make sure there are no problems when you connect to the group sessions, please follow these instructions now to complete the pre-session checklist.
It will take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete this checklist.
This checklist will help you set up Microsoft Teams on your device. You will connect to a Practise Session (you’ll be the only person there), which will make sure you can use Teams before the group sessions.
Once you complete this checklist, you must click the link provided in the Pre-Session Checklist email to tell us you have done this.
This way, any technical problems will be sorted in advance of the session.
To access your Connect session, you will need:
Sign out of Microsoft Teams if you have it already.
If you use Teams for your school, university, college or work, you may already have it installed on your computer/phone. If so, you must log out and close Teams completely before following these instructions. Otherwise, your full name may appear in the participant list.
