The Wise Group is one of Scotland’s leading social enterprises, transforming lives since 1983. We are currently developing bids for the Fair Start Scotland contract and we are looking for partners for the following Contract Package Areas (CPAs):

1. Glasgow CPA1
2. Tayside (Angus, Dundee and Perth and Kinross) CPA3
3. Forth Valley (Stirling, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire) CPA4

Fair Start Scotland is the Scottish Government’s new Employability Support Service that will provide support to disabled people and those at risk of becoming long-term unemployed to find and retain work. This new three year service will commence from 3^rd April 2018 and will follow the one year transitional programmes which start in April 2017, Work Able Scotland and Work First Scotland. Last year we were successful in our bid to deliver two out of four of the Work Able Scotland Contract Package Areas (CPAs) – in Glasgow, Lanarkshire and East Dunbartonshire and Forth Valley, Fife and Tayside.

We are looking for partners who can evidence a strong track record in delivering similar services and a commitment to the Scottish approach to employment services.
